Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Lindley Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on September 10, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Lindley Town Hall to consider the application for a Area Variance of Article 12.6.2., Section 3 of the Town of Lindley Zoning Law. The applicant, Sarah Finfrock at 9046 Preston Rd., Lindley, is appealing the current Zoning Regulation: Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representation. Written comments will also be entertained. Anyone requiring special accommodations to participate in the hearing should notify the Town Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing.
