NOTICE: The Lindley Town Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on July 20, 2026, at 7pm at the Lindley Town Hall, 637 County Route 115, Lindley, regarding a Subdivision for Scott Drake, tax map number 370.00-01-026.000, dividing a 39.77-acre parcel into a 17.77-acre parcel and a 22-acre parcel. All interested parties are welcome to attend.

NOTICE: The Lindley Town Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on July 20, 2026, at 7pm at the Lindley Town Hall, 637 County Route 115, Lindley, regarding a Subdivision for Curtis Derick, tax map number 422.00-03-002.110, dividing a 124.7-acre parcel into a 55.03-acre parcel, a 24.17-acre parcel and a 45.5-acre parcel. All interested parties are welcome to attend.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION for Sarah Finfrock, 9046 Preston Rd., Lindley, NY 14858, tax map number 423.00-01-021.100. The application is for a proposed training, boarding and dog daycare. The Lindley Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Lindley Town Hall, 637 County Route 115, Town of Lindley, on the 20th of July, 2026, at 7pm. All interested parties are residents are invited to attend. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING PROPOSED SOLAR PROJECT. The Lindley Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing for the State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 7pm at the Lindley Town Hall, 637 County Route 115, Town of Lindley. The regular Planning Board meeting will follow. All interested parties and residents are invited to attend. Mongaup River Solar’s representative, Mollie Messenger, will be in attendance.
