Public Hearings - Town Board

NOTICE: The Lindley Town Board will hold a Public Hearing regarding the future of the Lindley Post Office on October 21, 2026, at 6 pm. The Public Hearing will be held at the Lindley Town Hall, 637 County Route 115. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and will be given the opportunity to be heard.  

NOTICE: The Lindley Town Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 6:00 pm at the Lindley Town Hall, 637 CR 115, Lindley, to address proposed Local Law #1 of 2026, a local law to approve a tax cap override. This tax cap override local law would allow the Town of Lindley to meet the 2027 fiscal responsibilities. All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing.
