NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION for Rian Colburn & Brian Colburn, 651 Carriage Drive, Lindley, NY 14858, tax map # 406.00-01-001.210. The application is for proposed motorcycle/ATV service repair. The Lindley Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Lindley Town Hall, 637 County Route 115, Town of Lindley, on the 19th of October, 2026, at 7pm. All interested parties and residents are invited to attend. Further information, including access to a copy of the completed application, may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office, Lindley Town Hall, 637 County Route 115, Lindley, NY 14858.

NOTICE: The Lindley Town Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on October 19, 2026, at 7pm at the Lindley Town Hall, 637 County Route 115, Lindley, regarding a Subdivision for Stephen Twigg, Mountain View Real Estate Holdings, Inc., tax map number 371.00-01-008.200, dividing a 70-acre parcel into a 56-acre parcel and a 14-acre parcel. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
