LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Lindley, Town Board, will receive sealed bids per specifications for:
Title: 6 x 8 Shed
Document Number: LP – 26 - 001
Minimum Bid: $50
Interested parties may inspect the shed located at the Lindley Town Hall, 637 County Route 115, Lindley, NY 14858.
To be considered, bids must be delivered in a sealed opaque envelope and received by the Lindley Town Clerk.
Bids will be received by the Town Clerk until 1:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
Bids will be opened and read publicly by the Town Board at the Lindley Town Board meeting at 7:00 pm that day.
