NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION for Brandon Youmans, KCK Hauling & Residential Debris, LLC., 8855 Morgan Creek Rd., Lindley, NY 14858. The Lindley Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Lindley Town Hall, 637 County Route 115, Town of Lindley, on the 18th day of May, 2026, at 7 pm. All interested parties and residents are invited to attend.
